Artwork Upload

Upload Your Artwork Files Directly to Us

  • Send your artwork to us via the Yousendit file transfer provider, by clicking the green "SEND IT" button below. Note that large files may take several minutes for the transfer to complete. Do not e-mail artwork because the file size is often too large to be accepted and passed through various Internet servers.

Artwork Design Requirements

File formats: Photoshop (.psd), Illustrator (.ai), Acrobat (.pdf), TIFF (.tif, .tiff) or EPS (.eps, .epsf, .ept, .eps2, .ps) formats are preferred. Layers are strongly recommended. If you have a file format that is not listed above, please contact our art department before submitting the file.
Color: CMYK
Resolution: 300 dpi or higher
Fonts: Minimum of 8 pt bold. Font files must be either included or converted to outlines.
Size: 1:1 actual size (plus bleed)
Bleed: Allow 1/8" bleed on all sides. Artwork with 3D depth effect requires 1/2" bleed left and right, 1/8" top and bottom (for all layers). Design templates are available on request.
Media: Our online artwork submission tool is recommended. We also accept CD-ROM, DVD, and flash drives. Please double-check to ensure that all disk and other media reads back error free.
Do not e-mail your artwork to us - the files are often too large and will not pass through the mail server.
Artwork Charges: There are no artwork charges as long as the files follow our technical requirements. Additional graphic design or artwork services starts at $90/hr net. Actual PMS colors will incur additional charges, so please consider a CMYK equivalent at no charge.

Additonal Requirements:
  • A high quality color printout of the image's actual size must be included with all submissions.
  • All images should be proofed, color corrected, and adjusted to your standards prior to submission.
  • Include copies of your logo or client's logo, identity standards, and requirement manual if available.
  • Designate the CMYK color code for logos, graphics, word marks, etc.

Terms and Timelines

Terms: Prepay all artwork related fees and set-up charges; Net 30 days on credit approved accounts. A credit application is available to download. We also accept all major credit cards. If you prefer using a credit card to pay your invoice, you must fax the credit card payment authorization form back to us. Please be advised, there is a three percent credit card payment surcharge that is added to your invoice if invoice being paid after 10 days of invoice date.
Timelines: Please allow 5 working days for proofs and 2 to 3 weeks for standard production time. Rush production orders are possible depending on the order size.

General Ordering Information

Production Times: Typically 5 days for pre-production sample, and an additional 2 weeks after pre-production sample is approved.
Rush Orders: Fast shipping available for additional fees. Special discount program available for order with 6 to 8 weeks lead time. Please ask your salesperson.
Standard Imprint Colors: All products CMYK / 4-color process.
Shipping and Handling FOB: Our warehouse is located in Lomita, California 90717
Drop Shipments: There is a $7.00 net charge per location. For orders shipped to multiple locations, please request a quote.
Split Shipments: Orders with multiple shipping dates will incur a $10 net charge per location.
Foreign Shipments: There is a $25 net charge for international shipping.
Claims: Claims must be made no later than 7 days after the delivery order.
